I am overall satisfied with my experience with Altrec. I was a little disappointed with the delivery time from Fedex ground - I received the shipment 10 days after I ordered it- I thought I would receive it within a week at the most.

I ordered items with rush delivery for planned trip and paid extra. It was 3-5 days expected. They arrived 7 days later while I was away. I tried to contact Altrec on line and by phone prior to leaving but the office for customer support was closed.

Altrec's page is well organized, prices/ availability are excellent, and the tracking system is cool. Also cool, the FedX rush ground offer for so cheap. (free shipping is already great). Alas, as far as I can tell it didn't deliver on time.

The shipping label used a font that did not distiguish well between 0 and 8 and my package was subsequently misdirected and receipt was delayed.
