I was disappointed in when I might expect the delivery. called store after getting e-mail saying it arrived. Store did not have it and said would call when it arrived. Never did . Communication is lacking. Otherwise happy with the product.

The cover was fine. The strap to hold the cover onto the a/c unit was broken it will not click to hold the strap tight.

I saw the same little fire place in a store in the heighbohood selling for 20% more than I've paid ay ACE.It's a very nice item!
