The item I received was defective so I tried e-mailing customer service, but did not receive a response, so I called customer service and they shipped a replacement item, and I have returned the defective item. Then they e-mail me!

the headphones i ordered for my LG Xenon were lopsided-one ear piece cord shorter than the other:(

My order was shown in ?Multiple" stages of review for 4 days on an item that should have shipped "Next Day". My last order was acknowledged/shipped NO LATER than one day from another supplier.

I ordered the wrong item. When I received it I called and asked to order the correct item and return the wrong item for a refund. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased with the transaction.
