I wish the 6pm site would leave the personal product reviews for the products listed (the reviews that were left on the zappos site). review comments are particularly helpful when trying to order shoes which don't necessarily fit true to size.

One pair of shoes ran big. Cute too. I don't want to pay shipping to send them back and order a new pair. Plus, I won't get the deal if I reorder.

I was impressed with the quick shipping and tracking. I would recommend you devise a way to define fit and also either an exchange process or discount coupon to exchange pair for correct size.

My experience was very pleasant. I looked for a pair of jeans on several other websites, none of the other websites had my size. When I found your website, not only did you have my size, but the jeans were five times cheaper than anywhere else.
