I was disappointed that the phone lcd display was not capable of telephone caller ID that I needed with this item. I will be sending this phone back.

Second time I purchased from 101 Phones. The price beat Office Depot by $100, and they had the phone in stock

Phone has a low audio even at the highest volume allowed. We can still use the phone but at times it makes it difficult to hear.

We were happy with the phones ordered. However one seems to be having a problem. If waiting for the battery to cgarge doesn't solve the problem, I'll call customer service.

My mother doesn't hear very well and it is frustrating to talk w/ her on the phone...these new phones make it so she can hear my sisters and I. These phones are great!
