I have emailed TWICE with no response. Still have NO PRODUCT, NO tracking information. AM contacting American Express today to cancel order.

I tried on numerous occasions to contact VetAmerica via telephone but was unable to make contact. I sent them an email but have not heard back. Pretty lame customer service if you ask me. I still don't have my order and so far have been unable to...
