I was very unhappy with the amount of time it took to get my order. I placed the order on 05/17/12 and did not receive it until 05/23/12. I had to go to a local store and purchase the same items because at checkout, it did not tell me when to expect...

Delivery time was VERY GOOD Have NOT used this order yet. But the other order we received, is satisfactory. Here is hopeing this one is asa good.

Your online advertisement is at best, misleading. The advertisement indicated that a 20% discount on the purchase of ink would be applied. Only to be informed on checkout that the discount does not apply to original manufacturers ink. I should...

I've tried the product and it didn't work... Either the ink is too old oryour product just doesn't do the job... I'll not return here again!!
