The product arrived with the box damaged, and it is a baby shower gift. however, I do not wish to go through the hassle of returning the damaged box for another.

When I ordered my products, it said shipping would take 2 weeks, I ordered on 10/30 and it didnt ship til 11/17, why did it take so long to ship?

I think it takes too long for you guys to ship the product. I ordered the product on Monday and you guys shipped it on Friday. I will expect you guys ship earlier than Friday.

It's hard to reach customer service by phone. Busy no one pick up. and I don't like the return policy and it was from my last experience. but I am quite satisfied with the experience this time

I was very pleased with the product. The shipping was another issue. UPS destroyed the box, but your customer service was very helpful.

the only one thing is that the stroller came with 3 or 4 dirty spots... but we manage to remove them... it is no longer an issue.
