I love Smartpak...But... once again, my order was not correct. I had spoken to customer service and thought issue was fixed... but it was not.

I had a complaint. They tracked down the problem and fixed it. They sent my replacement Smartpak by next day air shipment. I am so pleased. The Customer Service people are fantastic.

I am happy with Smart Pak products. They make it easy to order and change your products around. It is convenient to feed when going on vacation too.

wish you could make a plain pelleted Mg and Cr supplement that is reasonable cost. I have not been happy with the Smart IR, don't see that it is very effective and it costs more than it's worth.
