One of the items is on backorder which is somewhat annoying. The shipping took a bit longer then I thought and getting a EZ Ship label for my returns was a bit of a pain due to the holiday season everything was delayed.

Some confusion regarding what to include when selling items. Variation between similar items makes it hard to understand what is required to get credit on a trade in. There was also some question as how to send the traded in material.

My order had not arrived 6 days after ordering and paying for priority shipping. I called and was told it was being shipped out that day. My mentally disabled son did not understand why he couldn't get it when the order said 2 to 3 days delivery...
