I asked one of the representative to find me certain product on the picture or related item...however, he couldn't find it and told me it will be better if i find it myself...unfortunately, i didn't get his name...

I received a backorder notification the day that the product was due to be shipped -- twice. Any backorder alert should have been made upon ordering so that the purchaser can decide whether or not to make that purchase.

I recived my order very quickly, however, I have not had time to unpack it yet. oh, and the tracking was very useful and easy to navigate.

The only "negative" was the color. It is not as dark as I expected, based on the sample and on the name of the color.

The quality is outstanding! I shopped for a face to face glider at length online. The others I considered <not even cedar!!> were thousands more. I had this together and was sipping coffee on it within 2 hours.
