I need to do some work in my cellar prior to installing the unit. I did like the size offered by this company and the reasonable price. I am sure it will take care of my wine like a Mother hen...

I saw the Bon Jour tea pot in Phila. It was larger than the one I eventually purchased. Bon Jour told me that they do not make any other size than the 53406 (32oz) "Harmony." I guess they have discontinued the larger size which produced 4 cups.

My experience with BeverageFactory was definately positive. I was very pleased with the quality and price of my purchase. I would like to see them offer delivery times after regular work hours; even until 5:00 pm instead of just until 4:00.

Took a lot longer to ship then it should have. It ended up being about two weeks to get my order. A little disappointed there, but overall good order.

The lady who set up the delivery was very snippy and unfriendly. I would have thought the delivery people would have unpacked the item and taken the rubbish (boxes) with them. I was left to unpack and dispose of the packaging myself.
