This was the best customer service I have recieved in a long time. My first item arrived damaged, they had a new one for me three days later, no hassle. A GREAT company.

Beverage Factory is the best place to find any replacement or new parts for my kegerator system. There selection and quaility is fantastic. The new parts to switch my tower from a single fauset to double fit like a glove and now I have the ability...

I'm a little disappointed that my order was broken into two shipments and sat waiting for days while other pieces were on backorder. I wouldn't know this either if I had been checking.

I was asked to fill this survey out 3 times before all of my order arrived. This was annoying. When I ordered the web page said everything was in stock but yet it took ~ 1 week extra for part of my order.

Items appeared to be in stock, but weren't. They notified me of that, got the items in stock quickly, and shipped promptly. I would reccommend them and use them for future purchases.
