The only problem I had with my recent purchase was with my toilet. I was not aware they did not come with a seat cover. I wish the site would have directed me to other pieces I may need for that item , since they were not included.

you are quicker than local warehouses, that stock no product because of inventory costs.

The person with whom I spoke could not get hold of the supplier and her attitude was either call back or whatever. I EXPECT efaucets to get tracking numbers from their suppliers and to be able to respond to shipping inquiries promptly.

I found eFaucest good to deal with. However, trying to speak to someone over the Thanksgiving holiday was impossible. I waited 30 minutes before I hong up. That said I would do business with them again should the need occure.

Searched brass faucets. Found fct, brass & chrome. Picture-no chrome. Bought 2 brass fcts. Brass & chrome was all chrome with brass ring. Called to exchange for brass fcts-not available. Return? Closeouts-no returns. Closeout info not seen-hidden.
