Altho I prefer not to order anything via mail order, I have been happy to be able to obtain Swirl Model's Coats from your Outlet at a fair price. Don't know any local source for purchasing directly to avoid shipping costs.

I goofed on my order and deleted the wrong item just before I sent it. I emailed customer service and they graciously & promptly deleted the unwanted item and sent me the item I needed. I really appreciated that extra service. Thank you.

The robe is very narrow, not much room, which causes the buttons to gap when I sit. Also, I washed in cold water, dried on delicate, but the facing puckered in the collar, lapels and down the front. The other items are okay.

There was a ridiculous amount of lag time between ordering and receiving this product! That was not satisfactory at all.
