I have always had a great response from these people, the prices are reasonable, and shippedon time. I do wish they would ship to Canada as they do into the USA, they would get a lot more sales.

123refills should post toner refills instructions on their website. I did a web search to find it before they responded to my email inquiry - turns out that 123refills sourced the toner from Unikit, a wholesaler.
