Order on the 6th on Nov. Had to call to find out what was going on on the 12th, service said they would resend? I called again on the 16th, service said they would resend and didn't know what happened. received box on the 18th???

My father loves your cigars and once again asked that I remember you for one of Christmas gifts. Of course..I had to buy 'two' boxes this year. I can seen the smile on his face already.
