Product was not what I had expected. Just trying to find out HOW to return it was a hassle. Then it cost me $10.45 to send it back because it had to be in the original box. Completely absurd to have to pay shipping for an item that shipped in hid...

I order two things from them and both were back order but they only knew that one of the items was. I had to ask them where my second item was. They don't seem to know how much and of what stock they have. Don't expect what you order to be in stock...

I think I like my dryer...however, I do not think the instructions for use are sufficient ....a lot of controls and I am not sure of their proper use.

Everything was fast and orderly. However, one of the products I purchased was not sent to me. After calling, I found out it was placed on backorder. They're a little unorganized when it comes to notifying their customers about that.. Other than poor...

The item I ordered from the website said that it shipped the same day. After placing and paying for my order, a customer service rep called me to say the item is not in stock, and will take 1 to 2 weeks to arrive. I am still waiting.
