The carry case should not be so difficult to store the chair, its a handfull, that is the only difficult part about it, otherwise its light and breakdown easily, looks professional and I just love it. Thank you.

I returned the original chair that I ordered. I did not like the plastic or that it was made in China. The return was easy and Massage Tools responded quickly to my return request. I am very pleased with the Oakworks chair.
