I have been ordering music, movies and books from Barnes and Noble online for years and I've had good service and have been pleased with my purchases. Only once a book came damaged and it was promptly replaced.

I was completely satisfied with my Barnes & Noble experience. It was significantly better than my experience with Barnes & Noble retail store. No one seemed to have accurate information about "Tik A Tok" program.

I have bought many items from Barnes and Noble over the years and have had very few proplems. Those few problems were easily solved by by either an e-mail or phone.
