I was told delivery would happen between 10 and 2, and the delivery came at close to 7pm! So I basically waited home all day because of this.......

Website was good but had to call to get the discount to work. Called to track but automated didn't give enough info so I needed to talk to someone. Shipping took much longer than any other product I have bought online. Usually products comes within...

I was happy with my order except the box was torn and one of the shelves had a corner that was a little rough. Otherwise everything was fine.

Product came in two boxes. One box was seriously damaged! It was ripped open and foam was fully exposed! Very disappointed. Haven't had a chance to check for damage.

First off, the delivery company wouldn't actually deliver the item to my house. I had to go pick it up and jam it all (a king size bed) in the back of my car. Second, part of the bed was broken, and I'm still working on getting that replaced....

After ordering a product that claimed quick shipping, I waited 4 days for a tracking number and was then told that not only had my package not shipped I wouldn't for another 2 days.I canceled my order. Reordered from another seller.

I was not sure who Zoostores even was. I thought I was ordering from Amazon. The shipping sheet said or indicated it may have come from Mercantila. The customer Service sheet indicated Stamina. When I received the questionnaire it was from bizrate....
