Having more payment methods like paypal would be an important addition. Also not being able to find the availability of a product in local stores online is a major drawback.

Ace personnal were excellent. I called the store prior to online purchase and the support person told me exactly how it worked. When I went to pick up the order, the support personnal were very friendly and helpful. All in all it was a great...

Item took one week to get to local store. I had expected only a couple of days. Customarily, when I ordered items from McMaster-Carr(shipped from Chicago, items almost always arrive AT MY HOUSE in 2 days.

Great and convenient way to shop. Ace doesn't stock what I ordered so it was nice to be able to order online and have delivered (free) to the store for easy pick-up.
