The directions on installing the radio was a bit vague on how to remove the old stereo. Luckily I was able to find directions on how to remove the stereo from a 2002 Nissan Maxima online. Once the old stereo was removed all was OK.

I have ordered from Crutchfield a number of times over the years. They are one of the best companies I ever dealt with. Never had a problem with their products and the one time I called to get help with an install they helped resolve my it first try.

Wow! What an easy experience.I purchased a Sonos package and am thoroughly blown away.It arrived quickly, well packed and ready to go.The only problem was my Mac's outdated OS,which I wasn't aware of at time of purchase.

The only confusion or lack of understanding on my end was that the shipping of my order was split between two arrival times and two shipping methods.
