I brought these boots in the past in size 12ww, they were too wide, I returned them for 12w. Now, the fit is a little snug, I would like to try 12ww for comfort.

I was truly pleased and somewhat surprised that this order was as easy to manage and receive. I have never ordered shoes online before so I was rather apprehensive of the outcome.

The tracking info said Fed Ex and it was delivered USPS on a Satturday when I am not here and was just dropped off at the front door... this is really not exceptable.

wide 81/2 shoe not wide enough at toes. Shoes hurt and thinking of returning.
