There was absolutely no problem with ShoeMall.com. The fit of the shoe just didn't run true. I have a pair already and ordered the exact same size and the fit was not true.

The thing I liked the best about ShoeMall was the selection of shoes in my size; normally the selection is limited. They have a wide variety of brands to choose from, including some top level names.

My shoes arrived in less than a week. I was very happy with my purchase and the shoes were exactly as pictured online. They are so comfortable and easy to put on, I started wearing them almost immediately, they are now one of my favorite pair.

I brought these boots in the past in size 12ww, they were too wide, I returned them for 12w. Now, the fit is a little snug, I would like to try 12ww for comfort.
