My kitties totally ignored "Ricky Rodent" and got a mouthful of "Lovely Lucy's" fur and had a tough time trying to spit it out - hasn't touched it since! Opening so small on Lovely Lucy could hardly get the catnip disc in.

The website is easy to use, has all the info I am looking for plus pictures, everything has been available immediately and I always receive the items promptly. Using FedEx instead of UPS is SO HELPFUL for me. UPS service in my area is terrible.

Love the cage nice and big. The only thing is one of the cups was broken. I did call the company in Elk Grove, Illinois and told them. As of today I have not received a replacement.

i am very impressed with drs. foster & smith! in fact, i placed another order with another online pet store the very same day, and still have not received my products from them, several days after receiving my order here. good job!
