Got a confirmation of the order within minutes. I was very pleased with the quick response, but especially the fact that they kept me informed as to the status of the order.

I received a defective item which was no fault of the supplier. I contacted them returned it and received a replacement promptly and without hassle

I have used memory up a lot. I had one defective product and they replaced it no question. I had one that was not on their web site. Called them and in 15 min was on there. Order and worked great. Keep up the good work. Thanks Greg

I really appreciated your staff telling me I had ordered the wrong items for my laptop. They notified me that they were shipping the correct items ILO and I certainly appreciated their concern and shipping the correct items to me.

I have yet to recieve the product. I am quite disapointed. I have ordered thins from china and hongkong after my memory up order and have recieved them. The tracking number given didnt even work. there is no excuse for the error.
