Even though the invoice said all the items were in the box, it was missing one DVD set. When called, the customer service rep had no problem sending the missing item. Kudos for that!

Two of three items were delivered today. I am aware that the third one will not be shipped until the 5th of December, because that is when it will be released. I hope it will arrive in time for Christmas.

I have not played the DVDs and will not until Christmas. If I find there is a problem with any of the DVDs, I will contact customer support.
