Everything seems OK. I don't have any comment at this time. I will be using the canopy nest weekend, then I will be able to be more specific about the producto quality.

I WAS ON THE ROAD AND JUST RETURNED YESTERDAY AND HAVE NOT OPENED UP THE PACKAGE BUT THE OUTSIDE PACKAGING WAS DAMAGED FROM THE STRAP.... I LOOKED INSIDE AND CANNOT DETERMINE IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE BUT WHEN I OPEN IT I WILL LET YOU KNOW.....

Whenever I called I was asked to leave a message. When Elite called back much later, they said to call Matt. Same result. I never talked to anyone. Nonetheless, the transaction turned out ok.

My credit card was charged even though the item ordered was not in stock. Delivery was delayed by several weeks. Most companies charge your credit card the date product is available for shipping and not before.
