I could not believe how fast my order was to arrive. It even came a day before the customer service gentleman said it would.

today's shipment came on time and the delivery people were very nice and helpful. However, it was supposed to come on Sat 11/21/09 and was on backorder but no one ever called me to let me know nor did the website say it either.

The item I ordered was a seasonal item, backordered by 4 days or so. Otherwise, great price and great service. What more can a consumer ask?

I purchased an item that was defective and will either be returned in exchange for same or discarded, depending on the requirements of policy with P.C. Richard & Son.

THe downside si this: the product, price, & delivery were excellent, but when shipping was added, it raised the price to the level of other stores. In-store pick-up was available but not at any store near me -- I wd have used in-store pick-up.

I got my purchase two days before I received an Email saying it had been shipped. This is a ridiculous waste of everyone's time. Send the confirmation WHEN the product is shipped, please.

All was good, I was missing one part from my purchased product, but I did not feel the need to complain about it. No use getting upset over a cloth attachment!
