I was not happy with the set-up and delivery they scratched my furniture and it is missing a screw I dont believe that paying the setup and delivery was at all something I agree with may be if they were more professional

First of all, the invoice I printed said someone would contact me on Thursday to verify the delivery date. I received no call and had to contact Rooms to Go. Secondly I believe 9-10 days is outrageous to wait for delivery of a couch.

Delivery of item was a total fiasco. Delivery was unable or simply unwilling to work with my wife when she had to leave for 20 minutes to pick up my children from school. We asked them to move a couch (That we had previously purchased from RTG)...
