On 2 occasions my order was accepted and then days later was e-mailed that my order could not be completed because of inaccurate information on payment method (credit Card). There is no in accurate info and in fact the 2 previous purchases were...

I believe processing time could be cut if a person writing a personal check on more than one or two occasions and they do not bounce can be put into a quicker response in processing, deliver time reduction. (a trust situation).

I have been very happy with my 2 purchases so far. I was recommended to your site by my daughter. Glad she did and I have found what I am looking for because I HATE going to a store, looking through all the misplaced rows of CD's and walking out...
