There were mistakes made when processing my payment, and I had to really push to guarantee delivery within the 2-3 day time frame stipulated on the web site for expidited shipping. Also, the cap that goes on the end of the iwalk was missing.

I did not know when to expect the order. My first order came within the next four days and this one took ten days. I ordered both times online so I had no contact with Customer service. I am very happy with the lighted cane.
