I have used ticket master in the past for concerts in las vegas nevada. I fly from the east coast for vacation and like to be able to have the tickets purchased and paid for in advance. I have not had any problems with receiving the ticket by mail...

Please stop charging ridiculous service charges. "Order processing fee" brought my tickets from face value of $38 to $48.30 each. That's absolutely ridiculous and seeing as how there was no other way to get my ticket other than through Ticketmaster,...

I really feel the fees associated are out of line for the service that is provided. I ordered on-line and printed my own tickets yet pay excessive fees to Ticketmaster for the "service".
