disappointed item #43359 not available until 1/31/2010 as it was meant for Christmas gift, but understand it is on backorder and I know the quality of work that goes into your items, so I will wait

After 10 days I contacted LD via email on the status of my order, since I had not received it, nor had I recieved an email/call as to the status. LD responded via email a few hours later that one of my items was on back order until the week of Nov...

I received two light switch covers, both are ok. My larger issue is the amount of shipping and handling. I feel, they think you won't care because you want the product, but actually I will think twice the next time.

Thank you for making the Harbor Lights products available to me. I have a very limited access to this product line in Fort Worth. I would like to see the USLHS flag to be offered again. I need to replace the one I purchased a few years ago.

We have beenn to the Wells Maine store several times when we visited Maine and I have always enjoyed the visit. This is the first time I have ordered on line and was very satisfied. Thank you for being so prompt with my order.
