I had to return an item because the size was too small. Instead of crediting my card, they sent a gift card. I was very unhappy about this. I closest Macy's to me is 500 miles. I will not shop online with Macy's again.

For years I had forgotten about Macy's. On a whim, early this past summer, I went to Macy's.com for some summer sandals and clothes, never thinking they actually carried my petite size. What a shocker! They did! I go to shop there on a monthly...

most recently i have only shopped macy's in person because i i prefer to try clothes on before purchasing. but the last few times that i have been to their store, their customer service has been outstanding. prices are good too!

This was an in store purchase and it was difficult to find a sales associate to speak to in the store. I had to walk around to several departments until I found someone that actually worked in the store!
