I purchased two of these for the wife's minivan and am pleased as punch. Sure the picture quality is not the best on the market but, thats not what I was looking for.
If I had wanted an ultimate AV experience in the family truckster I would have shelled out more cash.
As it is these things do everything that I ask of them which is not much. Show the kid's Spongebob, My Little Poney and, Disney dvds so it'll keep them quiet.
I got both of these monitors plus a dvd player on E-bay for about 265.00 well worth every cent.
The built in speakers are understandably inadequate but thats why we have headphones and FM modulators right? The picture looks fine and the silver finish goes well with our grey leather interior. The build quality is better than expected for the money.

Everything my kids come into contact with gets destroyed anyway so why spend a bundle on a monitor thats within reach of a 3 year old's car seat?
