Pros: I am able to easily organize my files by type or whatever I wish in a database
Cons: It's takes some getting used to because of the many options

MS Access alows you to orgamize your files, merge with oter MS Office programs with 2 clicks of the mouse, database encrytion, database conversion, compact and *repair* databases, online colaboration, (great for working from home).....access to remote databases, templates for every kind document the program can create and so many options for any type of MS Access project, not to mention the option to customize many features!! It is truly a 4 Star program!
