Pros: easier to use than previous versions
Cons: still a bit of a hastle to construct queries

Comments:
Not too many changes from the previous version, however Microsoft is steadily making it easier and easier for just anyone to create databases. I use it for small business applications, and it has made keeping track of clients, invoices, and services much easier than ever before. I suggest you check it out.
