This GPS was illogically designed. It is very hard to program. Impossible to reprogram while in transit w/o the inadequate manual. It has a major glitch: the screen picks up at the last location used, NOT the present location. So reprogramming starts at the wrong starting point, leading to massive confusion. Zero customer support.

<br><br>What's is a shame is that there are a few plusses over other entry level GPS devices I have used: marine navigation, outstanding POIs from updated software, text-to-speech navigation for numbered highways (and, very sporadically, for street names).

<br><br>So much aggravation. I wouldn't recommending wasting your my money on this product with so many simpler products on the market.
