Good product worth the post-rebate cost

Comments:
Had difficulties getting router to transmit through DSL modem. Had to reinstall earthlink software, download linksys.com/check website software, then use it to install router software on the computer since the disk included did not finish the job. Had to do that again with all three computers. Once working, seems to work well except for occasional, unexplainable degraded signals. Base is on second floor of two-story brick house. Basement computer gets good signal coverage with installed card, laptop gets weak signal coverage in the sunroom that is outside the main brick structure of the house (40' from antenna to antenna). Read: Signal doesn't travel well through brick, but does well through floors. Trouble-free after initial install. Be sure to keep linksys.com/check website in mind -- that fixed my install trouble. I'm satisfied with it and would buy it again. The luxury of roaming the house with the laptop is well worth the effort.
