I order products from the site and end up deleting half of them due to the price of shipping and/or price per item (no discounts for higher quantities.)

Excellent service and product. The web product search and pricing options are a bit confusing and perhaps could be more user friendly.

Good service and product. Would like to have bought brown cable organizer in 3/4" but it was not available in that size. Also the brown color is more of a reddish brown than I expected. Still happy with purchase.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong part number. I shipped the return back with a phone call and a mailer label. My new order was delivered almost immediately. Crisis averted.
