I was extremely pleased with the product. The turntable has much better sound quality than expected and was at a more than reasonable price. Thank you Vintage Tub & Bath.

Not sure why there's oil residue on the outside of the box, or why it's on some of the plastic material inside the box, but (without me hooking up the product and testing it yet) it does not seem to be from the product.

They have good choices and seem to have a good customer service department, although I have had no problems to deal with which is the only true test of customer service.

I am currently in process for product damage resolution. I cannot make a complete opinion until it is resolved. So far they have been very accomodating.
