Shipping to an APO address is a coup for you. Staples will not.

Very good price, very happy with my HP computer, will use Office Max again. My moniter was backordered, but did end up shipping sooner than I expected.

I have still not received this item after over 10 days. I ordered a simple box of paper and the deliver Company tried to deliver once and never again. I called the customer service and they said they would deliver next day STILL NO ITEM.

When I placed my order, it only said the order would arrive in 1 to 3 days but I never could find out when. The box of paper came first with no Office Max label on it and no notice about the other items which arrived a day or two later.

I didn't get the DVD-CD from backup restore, that must include the windows software and drivers information. I never received any CD-DVD with my purchase.

I like Office Max. I don't imagine that this defect is the fault of Office Max, it just happened. I didn't see any return information or contacts with the package for Office Max, only the manufacturer. I contacted the mfg.
