i was very pleased with the pendent necklace i received from the windsor collection. the workmanship was excellent, and the material used in the product was of good quality.

I wish I could say more, but I have not received my order yet, I'm still waiting for it, I do hope I can get so i can warp it up...it's a C-mas gift. I even tried tracking this order, but it kept saying I was givng the wrong number, so I gave up.

I ordered on the 6th I received the items on the 25th. Not at all timely. I received a call and told it was transportation time. When I explained items not shipped until the 18th the "gentleman" said oh and that was the end of the conversation.

When you order on line they will not give you the online price they make you pay for the instore price they have and That is not fair, so I don't know if I will order on line again because of the price differences. Thank-you Brenda Chatman
