I was very happy with boot barn. I looked for these boots for several weeks at local stores and I was unable to find anything close.I was so happy to find your web site. The boots arrived earlier then I expected and were excatly the ones my husband...

The boots I am returning are very hard leather and are uncomfortable on my feet. They are beautiful and I wish they fit better. I am planning to order another pair in place of the ones I return. I will be returning them on Wednesday of this week.

Big mix up on the shipping. Same order got sent twice and I had to call UPS 3 times and Bootbarn 2 times to get it sorted out! Got the first order REALLY fast though - 2 days to Canada
