The shipping company was rude and horrible. After missing 3 delivery dates, I fianlly just picked it up myself.

Ordered an in stock product on Oct. 8, received it on Oct. 22. It did not work. I have not received a new ship date and it is Nov. 9. I have emailed 3 times and called 5. Michelle is not very helpful.

AJ Madison stated (on the phone) that the order would ship in two or three days. It took over a week before the order shipped.

I had seen this freezer in someones elses home. It fits the needs of a small family for overflow from refigerator/freezer. I found it easily on this site. It arrived on time and works well. It meets all my expectations.

We ordered a microwave and it was lost. Another shipped a week later and was delivered. Customer support corrected the problem. As long as situations like this are handled properly AJ Madison will continue to get my support and business.
