I shopped all over the web for a Denon D-M37s shelf system. Beach Audio had the best price by far -- better even than all the gray market dealers. Service and communication also excellent. Easy tracking and fast shipping. I couldn't be happier!

I will not be receiving my order. I was called by customer service the day before I was to receive my order and was told that it was cancelled as they did not carry the item. Was told I would be getting a refund but have yet to receive my refund.

The PC is great but it was shipped without manuals or a backup dvd for the operating system. I am going through a small bit of hell trying to find a compatible dvd format for the recorder to make a backup. Other than that issue the computer is...

The wine fridge I received is fantastic and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately it is bent and damaged, and I just noticed does not keep a seal with the door.
