ordered Nov.13 was supposed to receive within 2 weeks, didn't receive for 3 however the product exceeded my expectations so it was worth the wait

I had internet isues with my initial order. It was delivered the day after a placed a 2nd order. I was thrilled that by leaving one phone message the second order was cancelled! It saved us all the hassle of a return. THANK YOU!

I only received half my order, although the packing slip seems to indicate I only ordered one thing. There was no mention of the other item.

With stated shipping within 2-3 days, 12 days ro receipt seemed a bit long, but am otherwise pleased with the product and service.
