I was disappointed with the quality of my boots. It does not appear that they went through any quality check before shipping. Both the rt & left boot have glue smeared across the leather. I felt like someone just shipped thier rejected product.

Because you don't sell holiday dresses in-store,I wasn't of fit,so I ordered 2 sizes.In the past I liked the convenience of returning items bought online to a store,but found that I can no longer do that.I don't plan to order from Avenue online...

Prompt delivery of merchandise. Merchandise in good condition when it arrived. I still have a back-order that I have not received. I have not heard from the merchant if the back-order has shipped or the expected time I will receive it.
