Hp Support attributed my disc/writing issue to incompatile version of software. Incorrect. The issue was a setting on an added external drive.

I ordered with the expectations that HP would automatically send me the free Windows 7 upgrade when it came in. Instead, I wasted 1 1/2 hrs ordering through a 3rd party when HP should have set up to automatically send when upgrade came in.

I like the Coupon Codes. With them and the discounts hpdirect.com gives it makes the price lower then the stores and other web sites.. Thanks DB
