The baking dish is just as describe on line. This is perfect for my stepdaughter baking needs. Love the color (Red or deep cranberry)

factorydirect2you sent me broken unit and refused to refund my full payment. Purchase price was $121 and they enforce me for total loss $41.

Overall I was satisfied and it came in a timely fashion. However, I was unable to view any of my tracking information, so it made me a bit nervous about when it was coming and if it was. I was happy when it arrived, and everything worked out great.

my only gripe was that the item was on backorder for a week. I think that should have been stated when order was placed.

If a product is out of stock I think that should be clearly stated before someone orders the item. I had no problem waiting but I would not have had to call if I had known that upfront.

Made an order for a set of knives. did not recieve in the specified time. when i called the rep said he could have the set sent by pulling together indvidual items. good customer service by the rep, should not have been needed.
